About the Dragon Pearl DianHong tea:
this Dragon Pearl DianHong tea is rare, 100% Organic, finest black tea, it is handmade following the traditional manufacturing process. Other than ordinary black tea, this tea was made by selected high-grade Dian Hong (Yunnan Black Tea) leaf buds and woven into the form of a small Dragon Pearl that blossoms into a beautiful flower. The liquor has a chocolate brown color. The brewed tea flavor is clean complex and rich, with flowery overtones.
Yunnan Fengqing, located at longitude 99o 31'-100o 31 ', latitude 24o 31'-25o 02', its elevation is 919m to 3098m, it was called Shunning, Qindian in the past, passing across by Lanjiang river. There is a unique natural environment, and it is said responsible for the long history of planting tea, a lot of premium tea produced from here. The full body and perfect balance of this tea is a result of the climate in which it grows on China's misty Yunnan mountains. Yunnan black tea, with a character of warm and sweet, can strong body and enhance the ability of preventing Chills.
Brewing DianHong Black tea:
1. Use 5 grams of tea per 200ml of water.
2. Heat water to 85°C degrees (185°F) and steep for one minute.
3. Add 30 secs to subsequent infusions.
4. Adjust the amount of leaf, steeping time, and water temperature used according to your preference.
Storage:
