Raw (sheng) pu-erh tea is a kind of pu-erh tea that is made from non-fermented large green tea leaves that were picked, roasted, sun-dried and then steamed.
Xia Guan sheng puer, selected the raw material from Jingmai, dried puerh pancake is pressed more tightly from the edges to the center, tea with a dried smoky aroma, bright orange color tea soup, with smoky and honey sweet scent, tastes bitterness, with slight tart, and then turns to sweet.
How to brew Puer Tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 5-8g pu-erh tea loose leaf, swirl and discard the water. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes, and then enjoy it!
Note: Don't allow the tea leaves in your teapot continue to steep.
