Raw (sheng) pu-erh tea is a kind of pu-erh tea that is made from non-fermented large green tea leaves that were picked, roasted, sun-dried and then steamed.
This kind of sheng puer tea cake, selected the raw material from menghai area, puerh pancake is pressed not tightly, so tea leaves is easy to take out from the edges, tea with a dried strong and pure aroma, bright orange color tea soup, tastes fresh and mellow, high chaqi, no bitter tastes,and sweet aftertaste, tea bottom is tender and complete.
How to brew Puer Tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 5-8g pu-erh tea loose leaf, swirl and discard the water. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes, and then enjoy it!
Note: Don't allow the tea leaves in your teapot continue to steep.
